A hotel at war with civilization must not stand. Boom!
An ill wind, the Bible says, somewhere, blows no one any good. A repellent gust blew into near-bankrupt Atlantic City not so terribly long ago. The blast of hot air from a nearby metropolis reeked of garbage and human excrement, and sadly was not unfamiliar.
But the downhearted listen to those who tell them they're strong, that they're the best. The desperate believe those who promise renewed prosperity. Outrageous lies appeal to those inured to being lied to.
Nobody learns from their mistakes until they admit to themselves that they made a mistake.
Down, down, down you go… Crash!
Gross errors can be corrected. Fraudulent policies can be reversed. Damage can be undone, as long as there's an honest will to change.
Dynamite and demolition expertise are a quick, non-violent means to eliminate constructions built on false principles.
A hotel can be a place where everyone is received with the same decency, regardless of external characteristics, ideology and/or bank account, whose policies are fair and whose prices reflect the hospitality provided.
Demolition of empty hotels is quiet, compared to empty speeches about their construction. Pa-ta-pow!

Un momento fa c’era un brutto hotel, ora non c’è più. Meglio così. Pùm!
Nella santa bibbia, un cattivo vento è quello che non porta del bene a nessuno. Un repellente refolo nato a New York colpì la vicina Atlantic City, che già era sull'orlo della bancarotta. Era una massa di aria fritta che puzzava di rifiuti e deiezioni umani, purtroppo già familiare ai residenti.
Ma gli scoraggiati ascoltano coloro che gli dicono che sono forti, che sono i migliori. I disperati danno credito a chi gli promette gloria e una rinnovata prosperità. Le più oltraggiose bugie piacciono a chi è da tempo abituato a sentire menzogne.
Nessuno impara dai loro errori finché non ammettono a sé stessi che hanno sbagliato.
Un hotel non vale un altro. Esistono hotel/casinò che vanno demoliti, e subito.
Anche gli errori più grossolani si possono correggere. Politiche fraudolenti si possono ribaltare. Ingenti danni si possono riparare, basta che ci sia da qualche parte un'onesta volontà di cambiare.
Dinamite e perizia della demolizione sono un mezzo veloce e non violento per eliminare strutture costruite su falsi principi.
Un hotel può essere un luogo dove ognuno viene accolto con la stessa decenza, a prescindere da caratteristiche esterne, ideologia e/o conto in banca, cui politiche e prezzi rispecchiano l'ospitalità fornita.
Demolire per ricostruire bene è un dovere umano oltreché hoteliero.
